# Discrete Data Query (DDQ) and Reports (load_query_recipe)= ## Load an existing query * Navigate to Reports > Discrete Data Query * Click the Open button near the top of the page * Select a query from the Saved Queries List * Make changes to query as desired * Click Download Report --- (save_query_recipe)= ## Save a query for later use * Navigate to Reports > Discrete Data Query * Customize search as desired * Click the Save As.. button near the top of the page * Give the query a meaningful name * Include a description * Click the Relative dates checkbox if you want the date to change automatically based on when you load the query * Click the Share with others checkbox if you want others to be able to load the query * Click the CREATE NEW button --- (share_query_recipe)= ## Share a saved query with other users * Navigate to Reports > Discrete Data Query * Click the Open button near the top of the page * Select a query from the Saved Queries List * Click Save As.. button near the top of the page * Click the Share with others checkbox * Click the UPDATE EXISTING button --- (download_common_data_recipe)= ## Download data from all stations with a common analyte * Navigate to Reports > Discrete Data Query * Select the analyte(s) of interest using the analytes list in the Analytes card * The Stations list will update to only show stations with the selected analyte. Select them. * Click Download Report --- (download_multiple_station_data_recipe)= ## Download all data from multiple stations * Navigate to Reports > Discrete Data Query * Select the stations of interest from the Stations card * Click the Select All checkbox in the header of the analytes list on the Analytes Card * Click Download Report --- (group_by_station_recipe)= ## Group downloaded data so that each station has its own spreadsheet tab * Navigate to Reports > Discrete Data Query * Create a data query as usual * Click the REPORT OPTIONS tab * Under Group worksheet data by section, select the Stations radio button * Click Download Report --- (group_by_station_media_recipe)= ## Group downloaded data so that each station and media type has its own spreadsheet tab * Navigate to Reports > Discrete Data Query * Create a data query as usual * Click the REPORT OPTIONS tab * Under Group worksheet data by section, select the Stations and Media Types radio button * Click Download Report --- (group_by_media_recipe)= ## Group downloaded data so that all data of the same media type is in the same spreadsheet tab, regardless of station * Navigate to Reports > Discrete Data Query * Create a data query as usual * Click the REPORT OPTIONS tab * Under Group worksheet data by section, select the Media Types radio button * Click Download Report --- (change_data_format_recipe)= ## Change the format of downloaded data * Navigate to Reports > Discrete Data Query * Create a data query as usual * Click the REPORT OPTIONS tab * Under Report Format section, select the appropriate radio button * Click Download Report --- (download_data_stats_recipe)= ## Include a statistical summary when downloading data * Navigate to Reports > Discrete Data Query * Create a data query as usual * Click the REPORT OPTIONS tab * Click the Yes radio button under the Include statistical data summary section * Click Download Report --- (include_qa_ddq_recipe)= ## Include QA/QC sample data when downloading data * Navigate to Reports > Discrete Data Query * Create a data query as usual * Click the REPORT OPTIONS tab * Click the Yes radio button under the Include QA/QC sample data section * Click Download Report --- (include_guideline_ddq_recipe)= ## Include guideline values when downloading data * Navigate to Reports > Discrete Data Query * Create a data query as usual * Select guidelines to include using the Guidelines card * Click Download Report
