View the latest file imports#
View the Latest Imports table on the EnviroData landing page
Download an imported data source file#
Click the Imports link on the left sidepanel
Search for the import even of interest
click the link in the File Name column

From the import event details page, click the link under Source File
Undo (rollback) a file import (Tenant Admin Only)#
Navigate to the Imports page
Find the import event of interest and click the View Details button
Click the red ROLLBACK button
Attach a document to an import event’s details page#
Navigate to the Imports page
Find the import event of interest and click the View Details button
Click the green + ADD DOCUMENT button
Enter the URL and any notes
Click + ADD
Browse, filter, and download file imports#
Click the Imports link on the left sidepanel
Determine if new monitoring locations, analytes, or media types were ingested during an import event#
Navigate to the Imports page
Find the import event of interest and click the View Details button
On the middle of the page, examine the Stations, Analytes, and MediaTypes cards. New items are listed there.
Tip
The Import Events Table on the landing page also lists how many new items were ingested during an import event.
Create a new monitoring location#
Navigate to Manage > Monitoring Locations
Click the green Create Monitoring Location.. button on the MONITORING LOCATIONS tab
Enter a name for the monitoring location
Click save
Warning
A new monitoring location will only populate with data and be available as a monitoring location summary page after it has been linked to a data source.
Link a monitoring location to a data source#
Navigate to Manage > Monitoring Locations
Click the DATA SOURCES tab
Click the orange pencil in the Actions column for the data source of interest
Select a monitoring location from the Assigned Location dropdown menu
Uncheck the Test Run checkbox
If this data source is already assigned to a monitoring location, determine whether you want move the primary alias as well. For help, see the alias information page.
